Can I buy outside of the sales?
We do not currently run an online shop but if you are interested in an item you see at an event or on our website please do ask. If we have in stock we will do our best to get it to you.
Can I buy a gift voucher for HUE or your workshop days?
Yes we are able to arrange a gift voucher by post or email. Please contact us and we will be pleased to help.
Can you help me accessorise a room at home?
Yes we love to style with our products. We charge a fee of £130 to come to your house and spend two hours trying out products. If you decide to buy and there’s no obligation we then deduct £50 from all orders over £200.

Can I return my order?
We hope that you are happy with your purchases however should you decide that it’s not quite right please call or email email@example.com to arrange a return. Returns must be within 10 days of purchase and the item must be in perfect condition. Please note we do not cover the costs of returns or accept responsibility for items lost in the post so please ask for proof of postage and a tracking number.
What do I do if the item is damaged?
We apologise if your item is damaged or not fit for purpose and ask that you contact us within 3 days to receive a full refund.
Can I cancel my workshop booking?
Workshop cancellations must be made 3 weeks before the event to avoid a £20 cancellation fee. Cancellation made less than a week prior to the date is non- refundable.
